LOS AMIGOS TRIP POLICIES
1. PRICES, SCHEDULES, AND AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
2. This Trip may be taken only by current, fully paid members who have made proper Application, have made all payments, and have satisfied all other requirements for this Trip. Any Unpaid Membership Dues Will Be Deducted from Your Trip Deposit.
3. Reservations for this Trip may be made by making at least the minimum deposit. Your reservation is subject to cancellation or being placed on "waiting list" status, without further notice, if you do not make payments and satisfy other requirements when and as required by this Trip Leader. Reservations or Applications received after available slots for this trip have been filled will be placed on a waiting list" status, pending the availability of a slot on this Trip. To remain on "waiting list" status, you must satisfy the requirements for this Trip as and when informed by this Trip Leader. Transferring from one trip to another incurs those applicable cancellation fees of the trip from which you are transferring.
4. If you never obtain an available slot on a Trip, you may receive a full refund. Otherwise, all refunds are subject to a $20/person cancellation fee. A request for refund from members who have reserved an available slot on this Trip must be made in writing to this Trip Leader. Requests made more than 60 days before scheduled departure will be allowed a refund, less fees imposed by LASC and vendors. Requests made less than 60 days before scheduled departure will not be allowed a refund, except to the extent your space is resold, subject to cancellation fee. Substitution of trip participants may be done only by agreement of Trip Leader. The "no snow" policy of this Trip is the same as the Ski area's policy. Los Amigos reserves the right to cancel a trip and refund your portion of what it can recover. If a trip is "weathered in" or otherwise delayed, you will bear your additional lodging or other expense.
5. You agree to follow all rules and regulations for this Trip. By making this Application, you are representing to Los Amigos and all it's members that all applicants on this Application are fully aware of the hazards, risks and dangers of skiing, travel and this Trip and that you and all such applicants fully assume those. You acknowledge that Los Amigos and its members will be relying solely on this representation in accepting this Application. If an applicant on this Application makes a claim against Los Amigos or any other member(s) arising from this Trip, you will defend and indemnify Los Amigos and any other member(s) as to that claim, EVEN IF IT IS ALLEGED OR PROVED THAT LOS AMIGOS OR OTHER MEMBER(S) WAS/WERE NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE AT FAULT.
6. You authorize Los Amigos to take and use photos and other likenesses of you in Tracks and other publications.
