Activity Planning Request

Do you have an idea for an activity or event for Los Amigos? If you enjoy doing a certain activity, within our large group there are bound to be others who would enjoy the same activity. Consider being a AEO (Activity Event Organizer) of an event.

The AEO's responsibility may include: contacting the facility; negotiating a group rate; setting a time, date, etc.; preparing some type of signup/information sheet; answer questions about your event; etc.

You can submit the activity information at any time using the form below, which will be submitted to our current VP-Programs for approval..
